We are a grilling family; spring, fall... even winter, but especially summer! Ironically, Daniel had never grilled before meeting me! Now he is a pro! The other night he made these feta-stuffed turkey burgers. He marinated them in something all day. They were so moist and delicious!
I found the recipe for these fire roasted artichokes from Our Best Bites. This was the first time we tried anything other than steaming our artichokes, and we fell in love! Personally, I didn't think they even needed a dipping sauce. Paired with a filet mignon, it was an awesome dinner! We have our good old favorites like rosemary-garlic pork tenderloin, only in honor of summer time we pulled out the charcoal for fun. Daniel even charcoal grilled the corn for our yummy corn, tomato, and avocado salad. It's especially yummy in the summer with our homegrown tomatoes. Hooray for summer grilling!
