Colors
We woke-up yesterday to the most glorious feeling... chilly, overcast skies! Daniel suggested we drive to Claremont for some pastries; (never a bad idea!) We loaded the girls in the car, and off we went! At the last minute, I grabbed our little camera. Once we got to Claremont, I handed it to Natalie and told her and Allison to snap away as much as they'd like. Aaah, the joys of digital cameras! Here are some of our pastries, enjoyed outdoors with a cup of coffee and the best company:
And, here are some of the colors a 4 1/2 and 6-year-old found through the lens of our little digital camera:
I didn't actually tell them to take certain pictures of certain colors... I just decided to group them by colors! Today, as we remember the tenth anniversary of 9/11, we celebrate the colors red, white, and blue! Here is one of Natalie's pictures, in honor of 9/11:
