This year, Allison requested a roller skate party! The first half of the party was lunch and crafts at the Yeh house.
For favors, we made chocolate roller skate pops, and glow bracelets to take to the rink, as well as cute notebooks I found at Target.
I looked and looked and looked, but could NOT find any roller skate items... not at Oriental Trading Co., Michael's, or JoAnn's! So, I came up with my own craft. We made giant roller skates using brads for the wheels, and curling ribbon for the laces. Simple, but fun for the kids.
We also did visors to wear at the rink... unfortunately, the kids weren't allowed to wear hats! Ok, it's off to the rink!
