We love a good breakfast around here, and love that homeschooling allows us the time to make a good breakfast most days. When I saw these fried apple pancake rings on Pinterest, I couldn't resist...
We used our Pampered Chef apple corer-peeler-slicer to cut the apples, which makes it super fast and easy. We didn't have Bisquick, so we used any old pancake recipe, but did add the teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice the original recipe called for. Oh, how wonderful they turned out!
These are so yummy that by the time I grabbed my camera, Allison had finished hers! You can get the original instructions here.
