I bought some heart gels on clearance at Tuesday Morning for 19 cents. Although they never last more than a day before getting torn-up and thrown on the floor, they are well-worth the few minutes they give me to do school work with the big girls while Sierra plays with them. We did school today, even though it's Presidents Day, so we could take tomorrow off. It's Valentine's Day. And, it's the teacher's birthday. And, this teacher needs to get to bed... my age is definitely catching-up to me! Have a blessed Valentine's Day, and know that you are loved.
For God so loved YOU that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him may not perish, but have eternal life.

I love your blog! You have a precious family. We just welcomed our first son on Jan 19th (we have two girls) and we homeschool as well. Your blog is very inspiring and full of great ideas. May I ask what curriculum, if any, you are using now? Our oldest is in Pre-K and I haven't been using a curriculum just piecing things together but I would like to decide on one for Kinder. You have more experience with this than me so thought I would ask you what curriculum you have had experience with.
Thanks so much, Mel! And, congratulations! I would be happy to e-mail you what we do and what we think of it. You can e-mail me at cara@caradaniel.com
