1 low-carb vanilla yogurt
some sugar-free chocolate pudding powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
ice
milk
Blend, and Voilla! I'm telling you... it is so yummy! I may even continue to make it once my pregnancy is over! (After I have my chocolate croissant, of course!)
