Of course, I didn't have graham cracker crumbs, but Natalie had no problem helping me smash! I also didn't have marshmallow hearts, which I didn't think would be a problem. Ummm.... Once you see how they turned out, you'll know to use store-bought marshmallow hearts!

Despite the funky shape, I think they turned out tasty. That's all that matters, right? :) You may recall from my attempt at cake pops 2 years ago, candy melts and I are not good friends. (You'll probably want to get Crazy Domestic's version and tutorial here. They are WAY cuter!)
On another note, our meeting was a huge blessing to me; one of the most memorable nights of my life! Ironically, one of our incredibly talented steering members brought her cake pops which are seriously as gorgeous and delicious as Bakerella's. I kid you not... they are UH-mazing! I brought home a real-life Hello Kitty. I had to laugh seeing mine next to hers... all in good fun!
