As promised, here is part 2: the making (and eating) of the pie! It was so nice to come home, get all clean, and bake a pie. Truly, we were probably the only one who were crazy enough to turn on our oven yesterday, but it was worth it! No need for more words...

Yum! I was just thinking that we needed to get up the mountain before all the apples, or in my case raspberries, are all gone. Sept. is already almost gone... we're just so busy! But you've definitely inspired me!
